A driven advocate for trans & non-binary representation and inclusion Jude Guaitamacchi is renowned for their passions as a model, speaker, consultant and campaigner. Paving the way for trans and non-binary representation throughout the media industry, Jude is famed as the first non-binary person to represent Harrods as an ongoing face for H Beauty. They embarked on their career 10 years ago representing The Amy Winehouse Foundation in schools across the country. Since, they have forged a successful public speaking career working with schools business and brands worldwide. As a highly sought-after speaker Jude offers a range education packages ranging from 3 hour intensive LGBTQIA+ & Gender Diversity Awareness & Inclusion training, workshops, panel talks, and one hour lunch and learns. As an expert in the field Jude not only draws on their own experience but they also offer up-to-date information as it relates to current findings and data, terminology, legislation, policy and best practice. YASMIN BENOIT

[SHE/HER]

Yasmin Benoit is an award- winning asexual activist, writer, speaker, researcher, project consultant and model. In late 2017, she publicly came out as aromantic-asexual and was quickly described as the "unlikely face of asexuality" by Cosmopolitan Magazine.

She created the popular #ThisIsWhatAsexualLooksLike movement for diverse asexual visibility and representation, which has been embraced by asexual people worldwide. In 2019, she became a board member of the Asexual Visibility and Education Network (AVEN) and in 2021, she co-founded International Asexuality Day (April 6).

With an educational background in social science, a sizable social media following, a modelling career and a powerful voice, Yasmin has used her diverse skill set to become one of the most recognisable asexual figures in the world.

 

CHARLIE CRAGGS

Charlie Craggs is an award-winning trans activist, author and actress dubbed “the voice of a community” by Vogue, best known for her national campaign Nail Transphobia, her LAMBDA nominated book To My Trans Sisters and her groundbreaking BBC documentary Transitioning Teens. In 2016 Charlie topped the Guardian's New Radicals list of social innovators in Britain and has gone on to be the recipient of a Marie Claire Future Shaper Award, an Attitude award and a Diva award, front global campaigns for brands like The Body Shop, H&M and Selfridges, and speak at the Houses of Parliament. In 2022 she was asked to play the lead role in the BBC's popular Doctor Who spin off Doctor Who Redacted to roaring success so has decided to stick with acting. She's taken over social media, now she's gonna take over the mainstream media.

 

KI GRIFFIN

Ki Griffin is a 24-year-old, trans-masculine non-binary, queer multidisciplinary creative practitioner from London, UK. Primarily working in acting, he portrayed the first non-binary character in British soap as his television debut, they have continued to make groundbreaking steps in the industry playing only non-binary and intersex characters in his career so far. Outside of their acting work, they are an LGBTQIA+ advocate who has spoken at multiple panels and events including Trans+ Pride, WOW Festival and internal events at several corporate companies. As an actor, DJ, model and LGBTQIA+ Advocate, Ki is the diverse addition ideal for any project.

RADAM RIDWAN

Queer writer, creator, change maker and poser, Radam Ridwan describes themselves as ‘a work-in-progress that will never be quite finished, and that’s okay’. Advocating daily for an existence beyond gender binarie, they challenge the notion of static non-binary clothing. Through spreading messages like, ‘My expression does not exist for your attention’, Ridwan inspires their audience to live their life authentically, and to advocate for a better future for all LGBTQ+ individuals. Radam's work centers on QTIPOC empowerment and has been published internationally with features in VICE, Vogue Italia, Metro UK, Gal-dem, and Gaytimes.

Ridwan speaks openly on topics ranging from sexual and mental health to racism. They combine their sharp wit and talent with words of passion for fashion to deliver hard-hitting and impactful messaging in a truly fabulous way. Speaking at London Trans Pride 2019, they said, “When the newspaper reports that to be transgender is a trend and is a changeable phenomenon…we must inform them that to be transgender is not new, they are just late to the party.”

DALE K

Dale is a queer creative, activist and performer and founder of HOUSE OF ANDROGYNY Agency and Management. HOA's mission is to ensure all Trans, non-binary, gender queer, gender non conforming, gay and lesbian artists are understood and respected throughout the casting and performance process carving space in the the mainstream media for the LGBTQIA+ Community whilst also reinforcing positive narratives and education. With a wealth of knowledge on casting diversely and authentically, Dale is an expert on creating an inclusive environment and how best production companies should go about casting representatively.

As a director and choreographer Dale K has worked with a plethora of talented names and brands including The Brit Awards, CLEA, Tayce, Chinchilla and Ru Pauls Drag Race to name a few, and is fast becoming THE London creative to go to for innovative, thought-provoking and playful direction and choreography.

MAX HOVEY

Max is a London-based writer, creator and queer change-maker. He shares his daily routines online through an achievable, relatable and light hearted lens to inspire his audience to make little changes to feel moreconfident and happy.

He uses his platforms and influence to promote body acceptance, encourage sex positivity, champion queer topics and normalise mental health struggles. This includes experimenting with fashion and his identity to discover new forms of self-expression and self care. He also connects with his audience through short educational videos on an array of pivotal topics for his LGBTQI+ peers.

He is well versed with creating video content that taps into strong storytelling and demonstrates a brand’s commitment to their values. He also has great experience in writing thought-provoking articles, as well as rigorous social media strategy through the running of his own business, ‘How Are You Feeling?’.

TRIPLE MINOR

I am Triple Minor and I am here to claim and take up space. I am a trans non-binary human of African decent and I am on a mission to help increase the representation of gender fluid & gender nonconforming POC in the media. I aim to be part of much needed representation for the lgbtq+ community, most importantly for young queer Africans fighting for their rights to be themselves especially for those with a sense of self alternate to the “norm”. I am hoping that including more persons like myself in projects will start to normalise our presence and help to give hope to others especially those who defy the gender binary. I am also passionate about the de-gendering of fashion and it’s limitations and here to help challenge beauty standards and norms. Let’s break some rules together.

Marty Davies is a proud attention seeker. She is an award-winning creative strategist, campaigner, writer, advertising industry thought leader and changemaker.

She drives change as the Joint CEO of Outvertising – the advertising industry’s LGBTQIA+ advocacy group and as Co-Founder of the grassroots community Trans+ Adland. They have written for QueerAF and DIVA on queer history and culture. And in 2023, Marty was appointed Campaign Magazine’s first transgender columnist when their viral piece – “is adspend funding an increase in LGBTQIA+ hate crime?” – woke the industry up to their complicity following the murder of trans schoolgirl Brianna Ghey.Witnessing a coordinated backlash against Trans+ talent in ads, Marty led Outvertising’s call for brands to stand their ground during Pride Month 2023. 120 organisations endorsed the intervention including WFA, WPP, GLAAD and Stonewall.

LIZ RIDGEWAY

Liz is a fitness professional, campaigner, and advocate, with a history of community broadcasting and public speaking. She works directly with organisations and individuals to enhance the lives of LGBTQ+ people through inclusion, sport, health, and wellness.

Originally from a competitive sports background with over 20 years’ experience in the fitness industry, Liz’s appointments include Committee Member & Policy Lead at the Australian Football League England governing body, LGBTQ+ Diversity and Inclusion working group panel at The Gym Group, co-founder of the Sussex Swans Australian Rules Football women’s team and is a newly appointed Director of Trans Can Sport.

As one of the UK’s few trans feminine Personal Trainers, Liz see’s the tangible benefits of greater inclusion, fitness training and sporting participation every day in her work and is passionate about extending these opportunities and experiences to as many people as possible.
