Unlike other alternative boutique agencies the entire team identify as queer and share a common ethos. Founded by Dale K in 2018, HOA pays homage to the ballroom scene and the house culture of vogue community in the 80’s; it’s an alternative family, a safe haven for alternative performers and a liberating force that celebrates and develops diverse talent through performance art.
It is our aim to ensure all Trans, non-binary, gender queer, gender non conforming, gay and lesbian and non heterosexual artists are understood and respected throughout the casting and performance process. Providing both casting and production with a clear directory of each artists individual needs depending on their personal relationship with sexuality and gender. Just like our talent we continue to push boundaries by providing our clients with the best resources on how to best care for and facilitate LGBTQIA+ people within the performing arts.
HOA is known for their couture artist management and passion for discovering and showcasing underground talent. HOA has provided artists for music stars like- Dua Lipa, Madonna, Missy Elliot, Sam Smith, Little Mix, Kim Petras, Bimini and many more.
